What is a hand-cuffed website. My definition of  "hand-cuffed website" I defined this years ago while listening to a prospective client. What he had Website designer from another country. They owned the hosting.  They did not allow admin rights in WordPress. They did not allow cpanel access. They built and owned Admin rights to the business fb profile. Then a day came and required a cost that owner could not justify. What was next you would not like. POOF all gone! What I did was complex but did recover 1000's of product images and all data to rebuild the website properly with full access for clients ease. It was not cheap but was justified cost agreed.
