Website in general the owners usually are not the website designers.

Business Owners rely and trust the website designer. The website designer is only as good as his knowledge base from experience and know how WWW interacts with the website. What you see in not what you have or got. A websites public presence is only the surface like drop of oil 1000 gallon drum. What you see in sources code is thinner than that. Website Designers sometimes are just  a Fixer

Building a website is no longer just creating pages posting and say it is done. Majority of the so called digital creators have no clue about it and once done run away. Leaving you in the cold asking yourself why so slow of a website. Why no ranking on internet? The complexity now is beyond any beginners knowledge and more likely push the beginner away from the profession of website design SAD but true. The saying now days do your own research!
